Totally appropriately named - Amani means peace in Swahili. I can't believe that there are many better beach hotel locations anywhere, it's that wonderful! Amani has gone to the top of my favourite places list!

A perfect get-away from Dar es Salaam - just 1.5 hour drive and you’re in a little cocoon paradise. Loved that we managed to do some stargazing - amazing how much you can see once outside of the city.
